Go to www.gst.gov.in and click Services → Registration → Track Application Status. Enter your 15-digit ARN.

How to Reply to REG-03
You get 7 working days to reply to REG-03 clarification notice.
- Login to GST portal
- Go to Services → Registration → Application for Filing Clarifications
- Enter your ARN
- Answer each query clearly
- Upload supporting documents
- Submit with DSC or EVC
If Rejected
- Read Form REG-05 rejection order
- Fix the identified issues
- File fresh Form REG-01 application
- Track new ARN status
