Tax Garden Refund Policy

1. Onboarding Refund

We offer a full refund of the initial payment if onboarding is not completed within the committed timeline of 5 business days, provided all requested documents were submitted by the user.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective from the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the month.

3. Process

To request a refund, please email taxgarden.in@gmail.com with your order details, or reach our support team directly. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
